AO Mission

Our Mission

Alpha Omega represents the beginning and the end—symbolizing hope, growth, and the full journey of mental health recovery. Our name reflects our mission: to guide clients from crisis to stability through individualized therapy and our Intensive Outpatient Program, addressing mental health and substance use challenges, including opioid use, with compassion, evidence-based care, and a commitment to lasting change.

About us

Our Philosophy

About Alpha Omega Treatment Centers

At Alpha Omega Treatment Centers, we believe behavioral healthcare should be compassionate, evidence-based, and centered on the unique needs of every individual. Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services that empower people to overcome challenges, restore hope, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.

We understand that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Every person who walks through our doors brings a unique story, life experience, and set of goals. That is why we take an individualized, person-centered approach to care, combining clinical excellence with genuine compassion to develop treatment plans that address the whole person rather than simply treating symptoms.

Our multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, valued, and empowered throughout their recovery. Through evidence-based treatment, trauma-informed care, medication management, individual counseling, group therapy, case management, and recovery support services, we help clients develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to achieve long-term success.

Beyond providing exceptional clinical care, Alpha Omega is committed to strengthening the behavioral healthcare system throughout Arizona. We actively invest in workforce development, continuous quality improvement, community partnerships, and innovative treatment approaches that expand access to care and improve outcomes for the individuals and families we serve. We believe collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to excellence are essential to creating lasting change within our communities.

At Alpha Omega Treatment Centers, recovery is more than achieving sobriety or managing symptoms. It is about restoring dignity, rebuilding relationships, creating opportunities, and empowering individuals to lead healthy, meaningful, and productive lives. Every day, we remain committed to delivering compassionate care, fostering hope, and helping those we serve discover the strength to build a brighter future.education.

Psych Services

AO’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner services offer thorough evaluations and thoughtful medication management as part of our individualized therapy approach. Our Psych NPs collaborate closely with the treatment team to ensure that medications promote overall stability, support mental health recovery, aid in symptom reduction, and align with long-term recovery goals in the context of substance use treatment and opioid use.

Group Therapy

AO’s group therapy, part of our Intensive Outpatient Program, creates a supportive, accountability-driven space where clients engage in individualized therapy to build insight, coping skills, and connection. Led by clinical professionals, these groups are designed to reinforce mental health recovery, emotional regulation, and real-world application, especially for those addressing substance use treatment and opioid use.

Residential Treatment

What is Residential treatment and what should I expect?

Our 90-day residential program offers an individualized therapy approach within a structured, supportive environment, specifically designed to assist individuals in overcoming substance use challenges, including opioid use, and developing lasting recovery skills. During your stay, you can expect a blend of individual therapy, group sessions, life skills development, and case management tailored to your unique needs. This program emphasizes personal growth, accountability, and wellness, equipping you with the tools necessary for long-term sobriety. With peer-driven support and staff experienced in mental health recovery, our goal is to help you rebuild your life, enhance coping strategies, and prepare for a successful transition back into your community, whether you pursue an Intensive Outpatient Program or other pathways in substance use treatment.

Sober Living

Sober living homes

AO’s sober living homes provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment that reinforces accountability and recovery, essential for successful mental health recovery. Our homes are designed to complement the Intensive Outpatient Program by promoting stability, peer support, and healthy daily routines, which are crucial for those undergoing substance use treatment related to opioid use.

Sober Living Services

While living in AO’s sober homes, clients receive ongoing case management and reintegration support, which includes access to individualized therapy as part of their mental health recovery. This support encompasses assistance with employment, appointments, life skills, and community resources, helping clients build independence, stability, and a successful transition back into daily life, especially for those engaging in an Intensive Outpatient Program or seeking substance use treatment for opioid use.
